Their passion for using planning as a way to practice self care has led them to creating The Jam Planner. The idea came to them during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when many people were working from home, and it became difficult to differentiate between work and home life. When designing this planner, they hoped users would be able to not only stay organized, but also balance the many demands life brings. While it’s easy to write down tasks and prioritize work, they want people to be just as intentional with their self care and mental well-being. The Jam Planner encourages prioritizing mental health through journal prompts, affirmations, gratitude, goal setting, mood tracking, habit tracking & more. Most importantly, they want users to know that there is productivity in rest.
